Westwood Las Vegas is located in west Las Vegas. 78 homes were built in all at sizes ranging from 3,165 to 6,336 sq. ft. They range in year of construction from 1999 to 2002. Trophy Homes was the builder.
Westwood Las Vegas amenities include a small park. Some of the homes here have partial basements. That is very rare in Las Vegas. Trophy Homes brought in some special equipment to dig these basements given the soil conditions in the Las Vegas area.
The W. Sahara shopping corridor is about 1/4 mile away. Rosemary's restaurant, considered one of the finest in the city is within walking distance. The Strip is just over 5 miles to the east.
