A new developer (Lennar) has started construction to complete this project. The original 3 buildings were in some stage of construction when the original developer went bankrupt around 14 years ago. Subsequently, 2 developers finished the existing buildings over the years. Now the project is again, under construction. 164 units will be built to finish it out. The construction, design, and layout are to mirror the existing buildings. Looking at the site map below, the existing buildings will be in gray. The square footage of the units will range from 1,424 to 2,247 I am very familiar with this project, over the years. Once the street-side buildings were framed the original builder went up on a lift to determine if the south-facing, 3rd-floor units, in buildings 7,8 and 9 would have unobstructed strip views.
