Spanish Hills

Spanish Hills is located in southwest Las Vegas. There are 99 homes behind the gate. These homes range in year of construction from 1993 to 2008. Home sizes range from 3,774 to 16,832 sq. ft. Lot sizes range from .25 to .69 acres. Many of these homes offer views either towards The Strip of the Red Rock Mountains to the west. Spanish Trail, the guard-gated golf community, is directly to the east of Spanish Hills. Community amenities include two tennis courts.

Spanish Hills is located on W. Tropicana. It is less than a mile from the SR215 beltway which makes for a convenient commute to many other areas of the valley. There is a great deal of infrastructure that is literally within walking distance. Smith's Food and Drug Center, Lowe's, and Wal-Mart are all within 1 1/2 miles to the west. Clifford J. Lawrence Middle School is 1/2 mile to the north. The private Merryhill School is right around the corner. Lucille Rodgers Elementary is within 1/2 mile to the south.
