Below is information on the golf courses associated with those age restricted, senior communities that have golf courses within their boundaries. Some courses are owned by their respective communities and some are not. The rates below are the best information I have and are always subject to change. Below are also the contact numbers for the respective courses.

The par-72, 6,843-yard Siena Golf Club is a privately owned facility with discounted rates for Siena residents. Winter rates  run $68-$80 Monday through Thursday and $75-$90 Friday through Sunday. Resident discounts very, usually running $2.00 to $6.00 per round

Palm Valley, at 6,850 yards, is the oldest, longest and toughest (rating/slope: 72/127) of the three. The 6,512-yard Highland Falls course lies at an elevation of 3,053 feet and offers stunning panoramic views of the Las Vegas valley. Eagle Crest is a 4,067-yard, par-60 executive course built along some of the highest points in Summerlin. It has won a couple of Vegas Golfer Fairway Awards for “Best Executive Course.” The community of Sun City Summerlin owns these courses Green fees for golf at Sun City Summerlin for residents vary considerably. Resident memberships offers several options, best choice would depend on the frequency of your play

The 18-hole “Desert Willow” course at Sun City MacDonald Ranch is owned by the community. It is 3,811 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 60 . The course rating is 59.1 and it has a slope rating of 91. It was designed by Billy Casper/Greg H. Nash. Fees for residents run $24 for 18 holes. Nine hole rate is $15.00.

GOLF Magazine named Revere’s first course — the par-72, 7,143-yard Lexington — one of the top new courses in America in 2000, and the club added a similarly styled layout — the par-72, 7,034-yard Concord — in June 2002. Both were designed by PGA Tour Hall-of-Famer Billy Casper and Phoenix-based architect Greg Nash. These are privately owned courses with discounted rates for Sun City Anthem residents

Rates range from $65 to $72 for Sun City Anthem residents depending on season and can even fluctuate if the weather in any given season is exceptionally cold or hot.

Par-72, 7,022-yard layout. Course is owned by the city of North Las Vegas and privately managed. Green fees run $50 to $58 for Clark County residents  The summer rates will be less, but will vary.

18 hole golf course was designed by architect Jeff Hardin. It plays to a par of 70, with yardage just under 6000 yds. All-inclusive yearly membership is $2,000. $930 a year will get you rates ranging from $5 to $9. Without a membership rates for resident’s range from $30 to $35. The community owns this course.
