Royal Ridge

This is a community of 283 manufactured homes, most of which were built in the late 70's. It is relatively close in on the west side. The access to the strip would be right down Tropicana. The airport can be reached easily off Decatur and the I-215. Some of the properties have strip views. Homeowners here own their land. Community amenities include a clubhouse, exercise room, pool, spa, tennis, putting green, and separate RV parking. If you want age-restricted in a manufactured homes community and want to be close in to everything, this is an option you may want to consider. The comparable community in the area would be Desert Inn Moblie Estates, on the east side of town, It is also age-restricted, where you also own your own land. Both have good common area amenities. Royal Ridge is, however guard-gated and Desert Inn Mobile Estates is not.
