This community is centrally located, near in on the east side. Pros: It is very close to the strip and all those associated amenities. It is guard-gated. The views from some of the units are true Strip Views. Cons: The housing product adjacent to this community is very much older. Other mid-rise, senior developments include Terra Bella in Henderson and Trilogy at Summerlin.
