This development consists of two towers, 20 stories each. It is located in the Hughes Center off East Flamingo about four blocks from the strip. This was the first of the newer residential high-rise communities to be completed. It was completed and occupied in 2000-2001. There are 84 units in all ranging from 2,055 to 9,024 sq. ft.
