 Newport Lofts is located near the intersection of Casino Center Boulevard in downtown Las Vegas. It is 24 stories, the tallest residential tower downtown. It features 168 loft-style and penthouse residences sized from 911 to 3,052 square feet. It is sold out with several resales available (see search link above). The development includes a resort-style pool, a spa, a track and several outdoor gathering spaces offering a vista of the entire Las Vegas Valley. Its Sky Lounge is complete with a movie room, flat-screen TVs, a bar and a billiards area.
