Loft-5 Vegas is located at Pebble and Las Vegas Blvd., about 4 miles south of Tropicana Ave. It consists of 272 units ranging in size from 1,305 to 2,412 sq. ft. at the time of this writing, there have been 31 closings total with 9 homes having closed since the first of 2008. The unsold units in this development have changed hands. The new developer represents that they will start selling again, phasing out rentals, over the next few years.

Unit amenities include Balsatina rare natural stone countertops, porcelain tile floors in kitchens and baths, bamboo hardwood flooring Sub-Zero refrigerators, and CAT 5 outlets. Ceilings range from 11' to 22'.

Community amenities include courtyards, two recreational and lounging pools, an oversized lap pool, five hot tubs, cold plunge private poolside cabanas, lifestyle centers with fitness facilities, a club lounge and state-of-the-art theater screening rooms and a concierge.

This is one of four newer residential developments on South Las Vegas Blvd. The others being Park Avenue, Boca Raton and One Las Vegas and Manhattan. There has been a great deal of development in this south Las Vegas Blvd. area. This would include several timeshare high-rise projects. Also in the immediate area are two large outlet malls. Additional casino/hotel projects are planned for both north and south of this location.

This south central location is very convenient to the Strip and airport area as well as giving convenient access to both the east and west side of the valley on the close-by 215 beltway.
