This is indeed a unique and beautiful project. Residents are within walking distance of so much in the way of services. I have counted 10 restaurants in The District alone. Whole Foods Market is at District II. A two minute walk to the west end of The District takes you inside the Green Valley Station Casino with movie theaters and another 7 restaurants by my count, not including the grill at the sports book or the multitude eating options at the food court. Shopping options include scores of fine stores and boutiques. Entertainment options? There is the weekly live outdoor entertainment at The District. Green Valley Station Casino offers regular entertainment as well as scheduled concerts. "The Pavilion" at Liberty Pointe is just across Green Valley Parkway and is a covered outdoor arena with many regularly scheduled concert events. At The District, driving time to The Strip is approximately 15 minutes.
I love it at The District! I love having dinner at one of the sidewalk cafes, watching the people and then going to a movie. Anyone considering investing in a nicer condo, high-rise or otherwise, should give this development consideration. It offers a beautiful setting, convenience to services, and an ambience that is unmatched in this area, in my opinion.
