All search results are for the senior areas only. They are all nearby and are located on the east side of Las Vegas convenient to the strip, airport, and the I-95. Most of the homes here were manufactured in the 1970's 1980's. Homeowners own their own land. Family park options on the east side, where the units come with the land, would include Rose Garden Estates, Regency Village and Desert Inn Estates.

Association fees range from $75.00 to $79.00 per month. These are well-maintained communities with many amenities including clubhouses, pools, saunas, exercise rooms, tennis and separate RV parking. If you are looking for an age-restricted retirement community of manufactured homes, then this is one of the three Las Vegas options in senior communities. Exceptions would be rental parks.
