This is a jewel of an age-restricted manufactured home community located in Pahrump. Pahrump is approximately one hour west of Las Vegas. This small community features its own 9-hole par three golf course. As you can see from the above photos, many of the homes are adjacent to this golf course.  This community features a 6,000 sq. ft clubhouse with a ballroom, billiards room, exercise room, big screen TV and computer room, game/card room, arts and crafts lab, lounge area, and library. Outside amenities include a patio w/veranda, pool, spa, horseshoes, bocce ball, putting green, and BBQ area. There are two situations available here. There are both homes sold with the land and homes sold which rent their lot. Anything at Desert Greens built before 2008 should include the land. Anything built after 2010 is a lot rental situation, which is much more expensive, combining HOA fees and lot rental fees. All are age-restricted and all will share the common area amenities.
