Canyon Willow – Paradise Village is a large centrally located condominium community. There are a total of 720 condo units with 37 free standing homes, also behind the gate. The complex is on the east side, south and west from Tropicana and Pecos, about 3 1/2 miles from the center of the strip. On the tax assessors records this community is recorded as Paradise Village.
Please know that there are two "Canyon Willow" condo communities in the same general area. Canyon Willow, recorded as Silver Canyon is a smaller age restricted community built around the same time.
What is unique about this community is the age of construction given the proximity to the central strip area. Most all the other condo options in the same area are of much older construction. 1, 2 or 3 bedroom condos are available from 697 sq. ft to 1,190 sq. ft. All were built between 1993 and 1996. It has 24 hour security, 3 swimming pools, 3 spas, clubhouse and fitness room.
This is a great option for those wanting proximity to the strip/airport area. Prices are also reasonable and the grounds are very well maintained.
37 free standing home are also behind the gate. Home sizes range from 1,228 sq. ft. to 1,516 sq. ft. They are built on the perimeter of the project and do not participate in the common area amenities or have the association fees. These present a unique opportunity given, again the age of construction and central location.
