Review and Comparisons
This community is at a lower elevation than similar communities in the Henderson area. This will result in slightly warmer temperatures in Summer as well as Winter. It is very close to the I95 as well as the I215, so commute times to the rest of the valley should be acceptable. The community is still building, so the availability of new or newer homes is a plus. Groceries, shopping, and Big Box stores are close.
