. Originally two towers were projected at Allure Condos. Only one was built and that is finished 427 units on 41 floors. There are a number of resales (see the above link). Units range from 671 to 4,400 sq. ft with 15 floor plans in all. This is the tallest residential tower in Las Vegas. It is located two blocks west of the Strip on the north side of Sahara. The very first hotel on Las Vegas Blvd, El Rancho Vegas, was just across Sahara and one block east of this site. I like the location which is north of most of the Strip hotels. This area is not quite as congested. Easy access off of Sahara to the I15 or shopping.
